I like this app very much...👏 The only thing is that, it has a lot of PRO items and because of this, I wasn't going to give it a five star. But, come to think of it, is how they make their money too...🤔 Whatever design you choose, looks really good visually...👍 God bless you all...😇 JESUS CHRIST IS COMING VERY SOON! LET US BE READY...✝

How to customize a coming soon flyer
No design skills needed. Pick a layout, add your launch details and teaser text, adjust the colors, then export for print or digital sharing in minutes.
1.
1. Pick a layout
Pick a layout that matches what you are announcing - grand opening, product launch, or event. Set the page size first and confirm it has room for the headline and key details.
2.
2. Add key details
Add your business or event name, launch date or time frame, location or website, and a short teaser message. Keep the headline large and the call-to-action clear so people know what to do next.
3.
3. Use one teaser visual
Use one teaser image or logo as the hero visual - a product shot, storefront photo, or mood image. Keep the layout clean and let the headline and date stand out. Leave space around the call-to-action.
4.
4. Check print settings
Set 0.125" margins, keep key text inside safe areas, and export at 300 DPI CMYK. Preview at actual size so the launch date is readable from a distance.
5.
5. Export and share
Export a print-ready PDF plus square and portrait PNGs for social media. Test all versions on a phone. Post on your social pages, website, and share in local community groups and email newsletters.

Coming Soon Flyer Templates Design Ideas and Examples
Pick a layout that fits what you are announcing - a store grand opening, a new product launch, or a rebranding reveal. DesignWiz offers coming soon flyer templates in bold announcement styles, elegant teaser layouts, and countdown-focused designs so you can start with something that already matches your event instead of designing from scratch. Use these ideas to decide what to tease, what details to emphasize, and how to build anticipation. When you need more options beyond your first pick, browse flyer templates for the full collection.
Grand openings and store launches
Put the opening date front and center with a bold headline like 'Opening Soon' or 'Grand Opening This Saturday.' List the address, hours of operation, and any opening day specials or giveaways. Use bright, welcoming colors and a photo of the storefront or products. For grand opening flyer ideas, start from store grand opening announcement flyer template and swap in your business name, date, and location details.Product and collection launches
Feature a teaser image of the product or collection with minimal text - just the brand name, launch date, and a 'Coming Soon' or 'Stay Tuned' message. Add a pre-order link or waitlist signup if available. Use clean, modern layouts that let the product image do the talking. For product launch inspiration, adapt business launch event announcement flyer template and replace the product image and launch date.Event announcements and save-the-dates
Announce the event name, date, venue, and a teaser of what attendees can expect. Use a countdown element or 'Save the Date' message to build anticipation. Add a link or QR code for ticket pre-sales or early registration. For event announcement examples, adapt countdown event announcement flyer template and update with your event name, date, and venue information.Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Your business or event name, what is coming (product launch, grand opening, new collection), the launch date or time frame, location or website link, and a call-to-action such as Save the Date, Join the Waitlist, or Get Notified. Add a teaser image or logo to give people a visual preview. Keep the design clean and focused on one message so readers know exactly what to expect.
Letter size (8.5x11") works well for in-store signage, window displays, and bulletin boards. A5 size (5.8x8.3") is good for handouts and mailers. For social media, create a square version (1080x1080 px) for Instagram and Facebook and a tall version (1080x1920 px) for Stories. Print at 300 DPI CMYK with 0.125" bleed. Digital versions should be 72 DPI RGB for faster loading on social platforms.
Use teaser language that hints at what is coming without giving everything away. Phrases like Something Big Is Coming or The Wait Is Almost Over create curiosity. Add a countdown or launch date to create urgency. Share the flyer on social media multiple times as the date approaches. Collect email signups or pre-orders so you can notify people the moment you launch. Build anticipation gradually rather than all at once.
Bold, high-contrast colors work best - black with gold or white for luxury launches, bright brand colors for retail openings, and soft pastels for creative or lifestyle brands. Dark backgrounds with spotlight effects create a dramatic teaser feel. Use your brand colors if you have an established business so the flyer is recognizable. Whatever palette you choose, make sure the launch date and call-to-action are the most visible elements.
A countdown adds urgency and gives people a clear reason to act. If you have a specific launch date, highlight it prominently with Only X Days Left language as the date approaches. If the date is still flexible, use a general timeframe like Coming This Spring or Launching November 2026. Digital versions with interactive countdowns work well on social media, while print versions should focus on the fixed date or month.
Start with a letter size master layout at 300 DPI with 0.125" bleed for print. Then create a square version for Instagram and Facebook feed posts, a tall version for Stories, and a landscape version for your website and email newsletters. Keep the brand name, launch date, and call-to-action consistent across all versions. Export digital files as RGB PNGs so they load quickly and look sharp on every platform.
Add a QR code that links to a signup form, pre-order page, or waitlist. Include a short instruction such as Scan to get early access or Sign up for launch updates. For print flyers, list a URL that is short and easy to type. Offer an incentive such as a launch day discount or exclusive early access to encourage signups. Place the QR code or URL near the bottom so it does not distract from the main announcement.
Use a teaser image that hints at what is coming - a blurred product photo, a silhouette, a partially revealed logo, or an atmospheric shot that sets the mood. Avoid busy or cluttered images that compete with the announcement text. For store openings, a photo of the storefront under construction or a rendering of the finished space works well. For events, use a mood image that reflects the event theme.
Distribute print flyers 2-4 weeks before the launch date for local announcements such as grand openings or community events. For digital flyers, start posting 4-6 weeks ahead and increase frequency as the date approaches. Send the first announcement to build awareness, a follow-up with more details at 2 weeks, and a final reminder 1-3 days before. For product launches, start teasing 3-4 weeks ahead to build steady anticipation.
Keep the headline short and action-oriented. Examples: Opening Soon in Downtown, New Collection Arriving March 1, or Save the Date - Big Things Are Coming. Match the tone to your brand - playful for retail, professional for business services, elegant for luxury. Include the most important detail (what, when, or where) in the headline so people understand the message at a glance. Test the headline on someone outside your team to make sure it creates curiosity.
